the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the room to be a good size. the climate control was effective and kept the room comfortable. access to the secure car park was convenient, and the hotel was clean overall.

The room had a few scuff marks. They didn't bother me but some might find them annoying.

The hotel is situated conveniently. It is approximately fifteen minutes by foot from the center of the city allowing easy access to many local attractions and amenities. public transport is also close. This makes exploring the surrounding areas easy.

Parking is available. I found it secure and very spacious, suitable for medium or large suvs. the breakfast area offered plenty of room. I noticed a good variety of options were available and fresh when i visited.

the location was convenient, close to the city centre, maybe a 15-minute walk. the staff were very friendly and helpful (i appreciated their smiles!). the room was clean and had everything i needed.

the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. the room felt quite warm . there were no phones in the room to contact reception. also, i found the decor a bit dated.

the elevator was out of service i was on the third floor carrying heavy luggage wasn't fun there were no face towels provided only bath towels and the room felt quite cramped there wasn't much space to even open my suitcase properly. i also noticed a strange smell coming from the sink drain it was a bit off-putting. honestly i expected a bit more for the price
